Dear Photographer,

 

The Water & Woods Photo Contest has completed its second year!  Thinking of participating next year?

 

We have developed a contest that will challenge your sense of what the cottage and lakefront means to you.  It will force you to adapt those traditions, feeling, and sensations into a two dimensional image that has your senses rushing back to you.  Are you up for the challenge?

 

When thinking about the show and all of the things that represent cottage and lakefront living, photographs become a big part of holding onto that tradition.  Memories of you with your dad holding your first catch, your sister on her favorite pair of skis, or watching the fireworks over the lake on the fourth are best shared and kept alive in photographs.  This is why we decided to develop the Water & Woods photo contest.

 

We are looking for photos that best represent the family traditions and experiences that encompass cottage and lakefront living.  It is all about what you think of when you hear those words.  What images does it bring back? Your photo could be one of ten finalists to be displayed at the show for our patrons to vote on.

Top 10 Finalists' photos will be displayed at the show for our patrons to vote on.

One Grand Prize Winner will have their winning photo and name published in the June issue of Lake Living Magazine.
